It all began 20 years ago when a 10-year-old customer asked if we would make a blueberry because well, she loved blueberries with her sausage and pancakes. We tried it. Customers loved it! And The Sausage King was born!

Our flavors range from funky (New Orleans seafood) to fun (Buffalo Mac and cheese), traditional (garlic smoked kielbasa), Fall (Apple Bacon Pumpkin, Vampire Brats), Winter holidays (Christmas Ale Brats), hot (Honey Habanero, Trinidad Scorpion, Texas Tornado), summertime (Mexican Street Corn) and Dawg Pound brats for our devoted Cleveland Browns fans.

Our lean pork and chicken sausages are made daily from quality, local products and fresh ingredients.
